Your words stay yours.

Everything you write, plot, import or design in Amour Atelier remains your intellectual property. We claim no rights to your stories, characters, covers or pen names.

Your books are private to your account. We never publish, sell or share them, and we do not use your manuscripts to train AI models.

Account details: your email address, name and sign-in method.

Studio content: books, chapters, outlines, covers and settings you create.

Age confirmation: if you confirm you are 21+, we record the date of that confirmation to unlock adult content tools.

Shipping address: only if you are an annual member receiving the gift box.

When you use AI features, the relevant text (for example your chapter, outline or cover description) is sent securely to our AI providers to generate a response. It is processed only to answer your request and is not used to train their public models.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep a record of your purchases and membership status so we can unlock your books.

Essential: keep you signed in, remember your cookie choice and protect your account. These are always on.

Analytics (optional): an anonymous visitor ID helps us count how visitors move from our homepage to a free trial. It contains no name or email. Choosing "Essential only" turns this off.

We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and all your books at any time. Depending on where you live (for example under GDPR or CCPA) you may have additional rights, which we honor.

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it on request, except billing records we must keep by law.
